Business-hotel Continental is placed in the most fashionable part
of Odessa historic centre Deribasovskaya street. The building was constructed in the middle of the XIX
century by the famous architect F.V. Gonsiorovsky and now is a town-planning and architectural monument.
During the XIX century Odessa beau monde it used to be known as Mr. Peres furnished apartments. The first air-club with legendary Sergey Utochkin at the head was situated here before the revolution.
